• 1993 - 1996 participation in 5 research project, including 2 international project - PECO ELEN: No. ERBCIPDCT940020 and COPERNICUS CP 93: No. 7942 - NODITO,
• 1999 - 2001 head of the GACR project "Noise and galvanomagnetic spectroscopy of single crystalline materials of type II-VI"
